This dress is simply adorable. The navy blue with white polka dot dress has a fitted bodice
and swing skirt. The collar is two layers; the bottom is red and top is white. There are
faux red rose buttons and an adorable red and white satin ribbon belt. This dress would be
great for the 4th of July! The stretch in the fabric assures a great fit.
