This black shoe is anything but basic. The sexy patent/suede looking pump has wingtip detail on the toe and has a scalloped riveted flap around the top of the shoe. There is a 1/2" platform and a 4" heel. Great heel for many of our dresses and pencil skirts. All man-made materials.
